Change is constant and sometimes we have to catch up. Sounds like you are doing this is a purposeful and thoughtful way (as usual). It is good to not be just reactive to the stresses of your life, but to approach them as challenges and transform them into accomplishments. I do hope your little one does well in nursery school. And the transition from no longer being young is difficult for many women. You get handed a whole new set of rules sometimes. Damn the torpedoes, I say, can't wait to see what you do next.
I did a whole year of having my fridays off, to focus on my nonprofit. I know I did that, but I didn't do just that. And I don't have a video of me to look back on 😂 so idk what I did, but most likely life admin and chill.

As a big boobed person, I do like an underwired bra, but with no padding or even cups, just fabric.
I'd say keep your fridays off, if you can swing it work wise with your work days being shorter.
